Methods Immunohisto- chemistry was used to determine the localization and distribution of CXCL12/ CXCR4. Sem-i quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction ( RT-PCR) assay and Western blot were used to detect the expression level of CXCL12/ CXCR4 mR- A and protein in placenta respectively. Highly purified extra-villous trophoblasts were detected for CXCR4 and CXCL12 in vitro by immunocytochemistry in patients with asymptomatic infection of CT and Uu. Results In norma
