第一章中文摘要 l 喉鳞状细胞癌与原癌基因eF4E相关性研究 耳鼻咽喉专业研究生：．葛瑞锋 指导教师：赵书佑 【摘要】目的研究喉鳞状细胞癌组织中原癌基因elF4E与喉部良性病变中elF4E 表达的差异，探讨eIF4E与喉鳞状细胞癌的相关性，以宦用子临床，作为诊断、 治疗和预后的判断的指标。方法取喉鳞状细胞癌组织标本蜡块40例(年龄在 39～78岁)，平均年龄为58岁，其中男38例，女2例，其中有两例有淋巴结的 转移，取声带息肉组织标本蜡块20例作为对照。采用免疫组化(SP法)方法，用 eIF4E多克隆抗体检测eIF4E在喉癌组织和声带息肉组织中的表达。以组织切片 染色深度和着色面积百分比的乘积作为统计的指标迸行统计学分析。结果堠鳞 状细胞癌和息肉组织中都有elF4E的表达，两组之间的表达经统计学t检验有显 05)，在喉鳞状细胞癌中表达与喉癌病人的临床分期和喉癌的病理 著性差异(pO 05)，与病人的年龄无相关性，转移的淋巴结中无原癌基 分级无显著性差异(pO 因elF4E的表达。结论原癌基因eIF4E在喉鳞状细胞癌中的表达与声带息肉中 的表达有显著性差异，而与喉癌组织的病理分级和临床分期及病人的年龄没有相 关性，即原癌基因eIF4E的表达只与病变的良性和恶性性质有关。 关键词 喉鳞状细胞癌eIF4E基因免疫组化 第二章英文摘要 The ofTheRelation Cell Study ofLarynx CacinomaandThe Squamous elF4E Proto-oncogene 【ABSTRACT To the 1 differenceofthe the Objective of investigate expression elF4E in between carcinoma in proto-oncogene larynxsquamous constitutionand findout lesion，to thecorrelationofeIF4Eand carcinoma， benign larynxsquamous for of asa the useelF4Emarkerof clinic．to and application diagnosis，treatment Method Paraffin·embeddedcancer were prognosis． Forty larynx specimens selectedtobeusedto The o
