摘要 互联网作为继报纸、广播、电视之后的一种新的传播媒体，它的崛起是 20 世 纪下半叶一个重要事件。由互联网兴起所引发的数字化、信息化革命，影响着人 们生活的方方面面。互联网对教育领域的直接影响就是“网瘾少年”的产生。长 时间的沉溺网络和缺乏体育运动，造成了青少年体质的下降。研究互联网对初中 生体育态度和体育行为的影响对于防止青少年沉溺网络、提高体育参与具有积极 的作用。 本文采用文献资料法和问卷调查法对河南省平顶山市初中学生接触网络、参 加体育运动的一些基本情况进行调查，发现平顶山市的初中生每周平均上网 1-2 次，每次的时间在 60 分钟以下，在地点的选择上更多的学生喜欢去网吧上网； 大部分的初中生上网以休闲娱乐为主，在内容的选择上也都偏重于娱乐化，对于 体育类信息，男生比女生更加关注。在体育信息的获取途径上，初中生更多的是 通过同伴和互联网获得；在上网偏好方面，初中生更喜欢关注综合类网站；男生 无论在每周参加体育活动的次数还是每次运动的时长上都比女生积极，男生比女 生有着积极的体育动机。调查发现初中学生的互联网接触与初中生的体育态度、 体育行为之间存在很强的相关性。那些经常关注体育信息的学生无论在参加体育 运动的次数上还是每次运动的时间上都比那些不经常关注体育信息的学生表现 的积极。 为了提高初中生的体育参与，在教学过程中要充分利用网络的影响力，加大 对体育的宣传，使更多的学生参与到体育运动当中来。在运动中培养他们战胜困 难的意志品质，使他们充分认识到健康的重要性，鼓励其多参加户外体育运动； 在教学上充分利用互联网的资源优势，把网络教学资源引入课堂，通过专业网站 提供的相关知识、资料和信息，进行体育知识技能的学习。实现教学效果的最大 化。 关键词：互联网；体育态度；体育行为 I Abstract Internet as a new media, he appears a major event in the 20th century.
