造纸厂废水处理工艺设计毕业设计论文.doc

摘 要 本设计的内容为造纸厂废水处理工艺设计。造纸厂废水的特点：所产生的废水悬浮物浓度较高，且有机物浓度较高。设计中的主要构筑物有格栅沉砂池、SBR池、以及污泥浓缩池。 SBR工艺是本次设计的核心。SBR工艺是活性污泥法的变形，由于其具有自动化程度高，抗冲击能力强、池形简单、具有脱氮降磷效果、不产生污泥膨胀等特点，因此SBR处理工艺在小型污水处理设施中应用较广泛。经过该处理后的水水质GB3544－2001一级排放标准。本设计各种构筑物进行了详细的设计计算，同时也对废水处理进行了工程预算。设计采用Auto CAD软件绘制工艺流程各构筑物详图平面布置图、高程图。 关键词:造纸工业废水SBR；污泥浓缩Abstract The content of paper mill wastewater treatment process was designed. Paper mill waste water has the following characteristics: wastewater generated by the high concentration of suspended solid, and higher concentrations of organic matter. SBR process is the core of this design. SBR is activated sludge process of deformation, owing to its high degree of automation, impact resistance and strong, simple-shaped pool, with nitrogen and phosphorus down effect, no expansion of sludge, and other characteristics, SBR process in the small sewage treatment Facilities in the wider application. After the treatment of effluent quality of the paper industry to achieve national water pollutant discharge standards GB3544－2001 level emission standards. The need to select the design of several of the paper mill waste water treatment process, and its comparison to determine paper mill waste water treatment process and to identify waste-water treatment process maps of various structures and carried out a detailed design, but also on Wastewater treatment technology of the project budget. Auto CAD software design uses mapping process layout plans, elevation maps, all dealing with structures’ drawing.
