PAGE PAGE 16 进城务工农民劳动权益保护现状研究 ——以南京市玄武区为例 社会学专业学生 于 慧 指导教师 顾金土 摘要：近年来随着进城务工农民劳动权益受损现象日益严重，对其劳动权益保护问题已成为社会各界关注和研究的热点。本文从进城务工农民的自身因素出发，结合外部因素，通过问卷和访谈形式，对南京市玄武区58名进城务工农民进行了调查，内容涉及基本生存状况、社会交往状况、维权意识状况和在不同打工经历中的劳动权益保护状况等方面，并针对调查结果进行数据分析，试图找出与进城务工农民劳动权益保护相关的影响因素及其劳动权益受损的本质原因，并在此基础上提出几点保护其劳动权益的建议和措施。 关键词：进城务工农民；权益受侵；权益保护；维权方式 Study on Actual Safeguarding of Peasant Workers’ Laboring Rights and Interests ——Taking Xuanwu District in Nanjing for Example Student Majoring in Sociology Yu Hui Tutor Gu Jintu Abstract:In recent years suffered injury along with the peasant workers’ laboring rights and interests the phenomenon to be day by day serious, has become the social from all walks of life attention and the research hot spot to their laboring rights and interests protection question. This article embarks from the peasant workers own factor, unifies exterior factor, passes the inquiry volume and interview the form, carried on the investigation to 58 peasant workers in Xuanwu district of Nanjing, the content has involved the basic survival condition, the social contact condition, the Uygur power consciousness condition and differently in working experience aspect and so on laboring rights and interests protection condition, aimed at the investigation result to carry on the data analysis, attempted to discover the related influence factor of the peasant workers’ laboring rights and interests protection and the essential reason which suffered injury with the peasant workers’ laboring rights and interests, and in this foundation proposed several suggestions and measures to protect their laboring rights and interests .
