PROJECT DESCRIPTION The main components of the Project includes: Main Turbine Island Main Boiler Island Coal Handling System Ash Handling System Cooling Water System Water Treatment System Auxiliary Buildings (Balanced of Plants) External Network and Infrastructure Switchyard Transmission Lines Contractor’s Temporary Facilities DIVISION OF WORKS To undertake the EPC Works for the Fired Power Plant, a Consortium Organization between Leader and Partner is formed. The formation of this Consortium is to draw the maximum potential resources from each individual company for the realization of the power plant. To prevent any mismatch of responsibilities and overlapping duties, Leader and Partner have develop a comprehensive detailed scope of works as outline in the Division of Works (D.O.W) and the Division of Responsibilities (D.O.R). The Consortium Leader-partner shall appoint a Design Institute who is responsible for the overall plant layout, concept and system design for the completion of the power plant. Leader’s ROLE RESPONSIBILITY AS CONSORTIUM Responsible for leading and coordinating the supply, erection, testing commissioning of equipment and interfacing with the Design Institute and Main Civil works contractors. Chairman for commercial and administration, project planning coordination Partner’s ROLE RESPONSIBILITY AS CONSORTIUM Alternate Chairman for commercial and administration, project planning coordination Responsible for the coordination of the site management facilities and logistics. Active interaction coordination of interfacing activities among working partners.
