本科生毕业论文(设计) 题目 论伊利集团财务管理中存在的问题及对策 作者姓名 白诗嘉 指导教师 段婕 二级学院 财会学院 专 业 会计学 学 号 2B081D13 2011年 12 月 28日 [摘 要] 财务管理是企业管理的核心，财务管理的好坏，直接影响到企业的生存与发展。目前，在当前企业财务管理中，由于受传统经营模式的影响，企业财务管理工作还存在许多问题，这些问题的存在严重影响了财务管理在企业管理中作用的发挥，致使企业出现亏损，会计信息失真，甚至阻碍了企业的发展。 通过对伊利企业财务管理的现状、存在的问题及原因进行分析，并就如何更为有效的发挥财务管理的作用，以实现企业管理的目标，提出一些针对性的建议。指出必须按照现代企业制度要求优化股权结构，完善内部控制，建立健全合理、有效的财务管理体制，提高人员素质，完善法规、加强法制，提高伊利公司自身素质，全面提高企业的财务管理水平。 关键词：财务管理；问题；对策 [Abstract] Financial management is the core of enterprise management, financial management is good or bad, directly affects the survival and development of enterprises. At present, in the current financial management of enterprises, due to the traditional management pattern, the enterprise financial management still exist many problems, these problems seriously affect the financial management in enterprise management role, cause company loss, the distortion of accounting information, and even hinder the development of enterprises. The article on the enterprise financial management problems are described, and how to more effectively play the role of financial management, to achieve the goal of enterprise management, puts forward some suggestions. Pointed out must be in accordance with the requirements of the modern enterprise system to optimize equity structure, perfect the internal control, the establishment of sound, effective financial management system, improve the quality of personnel, perfect laws and regulations, strengthen the legal system, improve the quality of listed companies, and comprehensively improve the level of financial management of enterprises.
