摘 要 企业核心竞争力提升的关键在于企业内部各层级绩效水平的提高。因此,如何有效地进行绩效管理达成企业目标已成为现代企业关注的焦点。由于企业内外部环境的变化发展,重庆百货商场原有的绩效措施已经不能适应其长远战略要求,需要运用绩效管理的相关理论和方法,构建合理、高效的绩效管理体系,提高绩效考核效率,进而为商场人力资源管理、薪酬制度等的完善提供依据,为商场核心竞争力的提升打下坚实基础。 本文以经济学、管理学、统计学等理论为支撑,采取规范分析与实证分析、演绎与归纳、理论和实践相结合的研究方法。以重庆百货商场绩效管理为研究对象,对其绩效管理的实施现状进行问题分析和诊断,并综合运用绩效管理的基本理论和管理方法,结合该的个性特征, The research on performance management of Chongqing department store ABSTRACT The key that enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises improve the enterprise level performance at all levels.
