Abstract：Objective To investigate the change of autophagy in monocytes after trauma.Methods ①According to ISS or AIS,we can divide all the trauma patients into three groups:the minor injury group,the moderate trauma group and the severe trauma group,meanwhile, The contrast group was established.we collected the peripheral blood in 24 hours、3 days、5 days and 10 days respectively after trauma ,then obtained monocytes by density gradient centrifugation combine with adherence separation.After that,we can observe the autophagy phenomenon by using laser confocal microscopy and transmission electron microscope; ②Dyed the monocytes with MDC and lysised them,then detected the fluorescent intensity by fluorospectrophotometer(wavelength of excitation light is 380 nm,wavelength of emission light is 525 nm) and analysis it quantitatively;③Detected the patients’blood sugar level in 24h、3d、5d respectively after trauma and analyzed the correlation between autophagy and blood sugar.Results Compared with contrast group, the lev
