动态血压观察络活喜百优解 广州市第一人民医院 广东 广州 510080 【摘要】 目的 动态血压观察络活喜百优解110例高血压患者随机分为两组。联合组采用络活喜结合百优解6周一个疗程结束后，监测动态血压的日间均值、夜间均值、24H均值以及血压节律性，疗效，生活质量的改变和生活习惯改善情况进行评价。结果 与联合组比较，收缩压的改变情况无论是日间均值、夜间均值以及24H均值方面单药组均较高，差异具有统计学意义（P 0.05）；除了夜间均值没有差异外，单药组的其余指标均高于联合组（P 0.05）；两组血压节律性与疗效相较，差异均具有统计学意义（P0.05）；联合组舒张压和收缩压的波动均小于单药组，联合组较单药组在躯体、角色、情感、认知、社会功能、整体健康状况评分和汉米尔顿抑郁量表评分改善更明显且具有显著的统计学差异。健康干预后，所有患者的生活习惯改变较干预前改变明显（P0.05）。结论 络活喜联合百优解Ambulatory blood pressure observation of clinical research about hypertension treatment by combination of Amiodipine and fluoxetine LIUShiyan,LIUFeng,WU Jianyun, ZHANG Shaogang,HUANG Weimin (Department of Geriatrics，the First Peoples Hospital of Guangzhou City，Guangzhou 510180，China) 【Abstracts】Objective To explore the effect of hypertension treatment by combination of felodipine and fluoxetine through ambulatory blood pressure observation. Methods 110 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into two groups. The Combination Group was given both felodipine and fluoxetine, while the Simple Group was given felodipine only. After the treatment lasting for 6 weeks，ambulatory blood pressure observation was applied to observe the mean daytime value, mean nighttime value, 24H Value of blood pressure, blood pressure rhythm, efficacy and quality of life as well as lifestyle changes .Results compared with the Combination Group, the mean daytime value, mean nighttime value, 24H Value of blood pressure of systolic blood pressure were all high in the Simple Group（P 0.05）. Except the mean nighttime value, the other two values in Simple Group were superior to those in Combination Group（P 0.05）.There were significant differences on the level of efficacy and blood pressure rhythm between two groups（P 0.05）.The fluctuation of both SBP and DBP in Combination Group were less than the Simple Group.
