The study of using PLC to control filling machine is start with understanding the workflow, and are to layout and distribution of PLC interface to the sensor. Learn some mechanism is to pave the way for control design and is the foundation to achieve control. PLC programming are mainly ladder, the function of the program are mainly the host shut down, to move commissioning, cleaning up broken bottles, switch control of downtime. The programme must go through the simulation and record the simulation process and results. In this design a number of sensors are replaced, some of the photoelectric switch magnetic proximity switches are replaced, reducing the interference in the work environment to ensure the stability of the work. Filling and capping machine automatically filling process using the open valve filling a bottle, no bottle no open valve works, using the PLC to achieve automatic control of the whole process of filling and capping, has increase the degree of automation some process which are not high. The production efficiency are increased, it is significanct for the development of the filling industry.
