安吉农家乐旅游研究 摘 要 伴随着城市居民回归自然意识的不断强化,作为一种新型旅游形式 的农家乐旅游应运而生,已成为了我国旅游业中一道亮丽的风景。农家 乐经营自上世纪 90 年代初被提出以来,历经十余年的发展,业已形成较 为成熟的经营模式。但随着农村经济体制改革不断深入,对农家乐的经 营方式也提出了更为广泛的要求,农家乐旅游的模式也在不断发展创新 之中。本文以浙江安吉农家乐旅游为研究对象,对安吉农家乐旅游的经 营模式、经济效益以及对当地经济发展的影响等方面的勾勒,分析了安吉 农家乐旅游的发展中存在的问题和遇到的挑战,提出了安吉农家乐旅游 可持续发展的对策及保障措施。 本文共分为五个部分。第一章绪论,主要是介绍了本文的研究意义、 研究方法与研究内容,在参阅大量国内外相关研究文献的基础上,对国 内外有关农家乐的研究进行了梳理。第二章是对安吉农家乐的发展现状 作了总结和概括。第三章是在问卷调查的基础上,对安吉农家乐的客源 市场结构、游客行为倾向进行了分析。第四章围绕资源、市场、品牌、 文化等几个方面,对安吉农家乐存在问题和影响因素进行了分析探讨, 提出安吉农家乐发展面临的机遇和挑战。第五章在前面几章分析的基础 上,提出了发展安吉农家乐的对策和保障措施。 关键词:农家乐旅游;客源市场;安吉;浙江 1安吉农家乐旅游研究 Abstract Leisure tourism has become a fashion word in the 21st century’s tourismAgricultural leisure tourism is a combination of agriculture and tourism industries. With more and more urban residents having the will of being close to nature, agricultural leisure tourism comes in to being as a new way of leisure, which has become a beautiful landscape in our country’s tourism industry and more and more popular. Agricultural leisure tourism has developed for about 10 years and has gradually formed a variety of more mature operation ways since the concept of it was put forward in the early 1990s. But with the continuous deepening of economic restructure in rural areas, more and more requirements have been raised in the operation ways, and the operation ways are also developing and innovating.
