Education should pay attention to science and follow the rules and regulations. Education, as a kind of artistic activity, is also an art. In the educational process, educators need to pay personal feelings, and are required to do free creation. Karl marx analysised the difference between human labors and animal’s instinct activities, and he pointed out that people are built by the laws of aesthetic. Education, as a human construction activity, should be carried out according to the rules of aesthetic. Educational theory should be one of the most outstanding arts created by human beings. Ushinski once clearly pointed out that education is the most advanced art, because it strives to meet the nature of man requirement which is the peak demands of human beings. To make education achieve a high artistic degree is not only a task which is long and arduous, but also a noble goal which local education reform should pursuit. The development of atistic education in ancient and modern times, whether in China or in the West, has a rich educational artistic thought. It gives us important inspiration when we try to discuss artistic education today. Through the course of elaborating the artistic education development, we must think it over that how to view
