A R A Investigation on the Cognition of the Knowledge Structure of Humanistic Medicine C H EN Yong xiang L IU Hong School of Health Policy M anagement N anj ing Medical University N anj ing China Abstract The investigation on medical workers showed that there were different degrees of defects in medical workers knowledge structure of humanistic medicine The education at school had no effect on medical workers behaviors in clinical practice Medical humanistic education was deficient in standardized training And the humanistic medical continuing education was insufficient The mastering situation of the knowledge of humanistic medicine was poor and the construction of knowledge was single and far away from clinical practice There were a variety of construction obstacles Therefore this article addressed that it is necessary to improve the migration of knowledge of humanistic medicine through the design of the construction modules settings According to the different learning stage it needed to carry out the teaching activities closely connected with clinical practice and to help medical workers improve their capacities of communication and humanistic concerns Key Words knowledge structure of humanistic medicine knowledge structure theory humanistic medicine medical humanities S
