These genes produce enzymes such as extended spectrum beta lactamases and carbapenems. In the absence of new antibiotics to prevent infection conditions, reduce the use of antibiotics, optimize the popularization of health compliance measures and infection control measures, and improve the diagnostic test of executive ability is the only tools in our fight against this threat.
