未分化脊柱关节病83例临床分析（Clinical analysis of undifferentiated spinal arthropathy in 83 cases） Clinical analysis of undifferentiated spinal arthropathy in 83 cases 2011-07-19 Zhang Wensun lives, Zhang Fan, Zhang Naizheng [Abstract] Objective To investigate the incidence and clinical characteristics of undifferentiated spinal arthropathy (uSpA). Methods collected within six months of treatment in 102 cases of outpatient seronegative spondyloarthropathy patients, including 83 cases of uSpA, were not consistent with the general international ankylosing spondylitis (AS) or other affirmative spondyloarthropathy (such as psoriatic arthritis, Reiter syndrome, intestinal diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis). Diagnostic criteria (such as the modified New York criteria, the American College of Rheumatology classification standards), which was performed in 83 cases of clinical analysis. Results the ratio of male to female in uSpA was 1.6 to 1, and the female ratio was higher than that in group AS, with an average age of 28.8 years, with an average duration of 3.1 years. The clinical symptom is lighter than that of AS, there were no lumbar motion restriction; the positive rate of uSpA in patients with HLA-B27 than in the AS group; 4 cases of late onset (50 years old) in AS patients; do not have sacroiliitis; ordinary X-ray and CT diagnosis of sacroiliitis were respectively 34% and 73%. 89.1% met the Amor criteria, and 85.6% met the European spinal joint disease study group (ESSG) criteria. Conclusion uSpA accounts for a large proportion of seronegative spondylitis, and should be paid enough attention in clinical work. Amor and ESSG criteria are recommended for diagnosis. The treatment and prognosis of the disease remain to be followed for a long term follow-up study.
