摘 要作为近年来迅速兴起的一种新型非关税贸易壁垒，绿色贸易壁垒产生于二十世纪七十年代。它的出现对当今的国际贸易产生了长远的影响。世界上主要的发达国家借保护本国环境为名,依靠绿色贸易壁垒的实施,以限制别国产品进入本国市场为目的,这种措施较为严重的影响了发展中国家出口贸易的增长和国民经济的发展。作为经济增长快速的发展中国家,我国经济国际化程度不断提高,随之而来的是对外贸易深受绿色贸易壁垒之苦,农产品出口方面显得特别突出,取而代之的是各种各样的非关税壁垒,其中绿色贸易壁垒对我国农产品出口的影响最为严重。作为一个农业大国,我国的农产品在对外出口贸易中占有重要地位，我国农产品出口的主要目的地：美、日、欧盟等发达国家,对我国的农产品出口设置了种种绿色贸易壁垒阻碍,这些绿色贸易壁垒加大了我国农产品出口的成本,削弱了我国农产品在国际市场上的优势。因此,在当前的国际贸易形势下,如何破解我国农产品出口所遭遇的绿色贸易壁垒难题,以实现我国出口农业的可持续发展,已成为我们必须面对的课题。本文从绿色贸易壁垒的概念入手，针对我国对外贸易面对绿色贸易壁垒的现实状况，分析出我国在对外贸易中可以采取的对策和建议。关键词:绿色贸易壁垒,影响,对策 AbstractGreen barrier is the international trade of the rapid development of a new non-tariff trade barriers, produced in the 1970 s.
