At present, it is a kind of most widely used screening equipment in China’s industrial sector. In addition to grading, vibrating sieve can be also used to dehydrate, de-media and de-slime. The self-synchronizing liner vibrating sieve designed in this paper bases on the principle of vibration synchronization, and adopts two synchronously working spindle of vibration exciter driven directly by double motors. The synchronously working totally relies on dynamics rather than enforcement. Based on domestic and overseas development states of vibrating sieve described in this paper, through comparing and analyzing three different vibrating sieves, and combining the requirement and purpose of this paper, the self-synchronizing liner vibrating sieve is made as the subject. Then, a description of the working principle of the self-synchronizing liner is followed. The analysis of the movement of material to determine kinematics parameters and process parameters of vibrating sieve，and the dynamic analysis of the vibrating sieve to determine dynamic parameters are also included. At last, the design and check of vibrating sieve’s vibration exciter, cross beam, spring, etc. is followed at the end of this paper.
