第 43卷第 3期 土 　木 　工 　程 　学 　报 Vo l. 43 No. 3 　　 2 0 1 0 年 3月 CH INA C IV IL ENG INEER ING JO URNAL M ar. 20 10 土压平衡盾构刀盘开口率选型及 其对地层适应性研究 王洪新 (上海市第二市政工程有限公司 ,上海 200065) 摘要 :刀盘开口率是土压平衡盾构选型时要确定的重要指标 。分析了刀盘开 口率对出土率的影响 ,提出了定量分 析刀盘开口率对地层适应性的计算方法 ,该方法能很好地解释土压平衡盾构在砂性土中模拟掘进时出土率异常的 现象 。根据该计算理论 ,盾构推进时某种开 口率的刀盘所能达到的最大出土率是一定的。因此 ,盾构的刀盘开 口 率不能小于能够保证盾构正常推进达到 100%出土率时的开口率 ,否则将会产生出土困难 ,造成总推力和刀盘扭矩 急剧上升 ;刀盘开 口率也不宜过大 ,否则 ,盾构推进时 ,容易产生开挖面地层损失 。应用本文的计算理论 ,对上海典 型土层中土压平衡盾构刀盘选型提出了建议值 。 关键词 :土压平衡盾构 ;刀盘 ;开口率 ; 出土率 ;地层适应性 中图分类号 : U455. 43　　文献标识码 : A 文章编号 : 100013 1X (2010) Type selection of the head aperture ra tio of EPB sh ield cutterheads and adaptab ility to stra tum character istics W ang H ongx in ( Shanghai No. 2 M un icip al Engineering Co. , L td, Shanghai 200065, Ch ina) A b stract: The head ap ertu re ratio of EPB sh ield cu tterhead s is an importan t index when the typ e of sh ield is determ ined.
