健脾活血中药对胃溃疡大鼠H+，K+-ATP酶及壁细胞胃泌素受体作用 　【摘要】 目的观察健脾活血中药对胃溃疡大鼠H+，K+-ATP酶及壁细胞胃泌素受体作用的影响。方法采用放射配基受体结合测定技术分别检测各组壁细胞胃泌素受体结合位点数，同时分别检测各组大鼠H+，K+-ATP酶活性及胃液总酸度。结果健脾活血组壁细胞胃泌素受体结合位点数低于正常大鼠(Plt;0.05)，胃液总酸度及H+, K+-ATP酶活性升高(Plt;0.05)；奥美拉唑组壁细胞胃泌素受体结合位点数明显高于正常大鼠(Plt;0.05)，胃液总酸度及H+, K+-ATP酶活性明显降低(Plt;0.05)；中西药组壁细胞胃泌素受体结合位点数、胃液总酸度及H+, K+-ATP酶活性与正常大鼠比较无显著性差异(Pgt;0.05)。结论健脾活血中药平缓地抑制胃壁细胞的H+, K+-ATP酶活性，降低胃酸的分泌；同时，不影响胃泌素受体结合位点数，防止停药后反跳性过多泌酸。 【关键词】 胃溃疡； 壁细胞胃泌素受体； H+，K+-ATP酶； 健脾活血中药 　　Abstract：ObjectiveTo observe the effects of Jianpi Huoxue Recipe on the activities of H+，K+-ATPase and gastrin receptor in gastric parietal cells of gastric ulcer in rats.MethodsThe ligand-binding number of gastrin receptors on parietal cells was analysed in radioligand binding assay.Total acidity of gastric ulcer， and H+，K+-ATPase activities were measured．ResultsThe gastrin receptor binding sites of parietal cells in Jianpi Huoxue group were obviously lower than that in the normal group， the total acidity of gastric juice and the activities of H+，K+-ATPase were obviously higher than that in the normal group. The gastrin receptor binding sites of parietal cells in Omeprazole group were obviously higher than that in the normal group. The total acidity of gastric juice and the activities of H+，K+-ATPase in Omeprazole group were obviously lower than that in the normal group.
