摘 要 本设计题目的任务是研究铣床箱体零件成形工艺及砂型铸造模具设计，根据零件结构特点和用途，确定采用铸造成形工艺方法制造该零件的毛坯。 首先,根据零件的结构特征、技术要求、生产条件、生产批量等选择造型方法和砂芯结构,再由零件的尺寸和形状来确定最佳的工艺方案. 其具体内容包括选择理想的分型面和浇注位置，根据箱体尺寸选择工艺参数, 设计模样零件图及砂芯立体结构图, 设计造型模板. 其次, 根据《材料成形工艺基础》和《工艺装备设计基础》手册计算出阻流截面积. 采用封闭式浇注系统, 确定浇口比, 计算直浇道、横浇道的横截面积, 绘制铸造工艺图. 再次, 根据零件图绘制出模样图, 根据造型机选择模底板, 由零件的尺寸确定砂箱的尺寸. 最后绘制出上、下模底板图; 上、下模板装配图;上、砂箱装配图. 在零件铸造成型设计中确定共有5个砂芯, 均采用热芯盒的方法制造. 关键词：铸造工艺图；工艺参数；铸型工装设计 Abstract This design topic task is to study the milling machine parts forming process and sand casting mould design, structure features and use according to the parts, determination by casting parts forming process method of the manufacturing blank.
