18.5kw加工中心主轴装刀机构设计 摘 要 ： 本次课题主要完成数控立式铣床自动换刀装置机械手与液压系统设计。参与自动换刀装置总体设计，自动换刀装置是由刀库和刀具交换装置（换刀机械手）组成。设计的自动换刀装置根据LT-CNC1000型自动换刀数控镗铣床换刀装置 设计中机械手采用刀库刀座轴线与机床主轴轴线垂直形式，设计得两手互相垂直的回转式单臂双手机械手结构，换刀动作可靠，换好时间短，缺点是刀柄精度要求高，结构复杂，联机调整的相关精度要求高，机械手离加工区较近。 关键词：自动换刀装置；刀库；换刀机械手； 18.5kw Machining center spindle blade mounting mechanism design Abstract ： This topic mainly completes the manipulator of Automatic Tool Changer of the numerical control vertical milling machine and hydraulic system designing. Participating the general design of Automatic Tool Changer(ATC), ATC consists of tool storage and tool trading installment .The design trades the tool installment to imitate THK6363 automatically to trade the knife numerical control boring milling machine to trade the tool installment automatically, designs uses the axial laying aside the drum disc type tool storehouse form and the rotation type double arm manipulator composes. Design of manipulator with Tool cutter axis and the vertical axis spindle form, designed to be perpendicular to each other rotary hands hands manipulator arm, tool changer and reliability, for a good time is short, disadvantage is the high precision tool holders, complex, on-line adjustment related high precision manipulator from the processing zone close.
