院 本科毕业设计(论文) 题　　目：基于WINCC与PLC的 孔雀开屏控制系统设计 ——组态技术 学　　院：信息工程学院 专　　业： 学　　号： 学生姓名： 指导教师： 二○一二年十二月九日 基于Wincc与PLC的孔雀开屏控制系统设计 ——组态技术 摘 要 本论文设计的孔雀开屏是由通用部件组合而成,其控制系统是采用电气、液压、机械组合的控制方式。在此我所负责的主要是针对该控制系统的Wincc（windows control center）组态画面的设计，PLC编程，变频器，低压电器控制技术，以太网通讯仅作基本说明。 本论文涉及的组态技术主要体现在软件方面，首先确定PLC程序与低压电路的设计，然后确定继电-接触器控制系统设计方案，然后对主电路，控制电路，变频器，以及通讯方面进行设计，最终利用Wincc来进行组态画面的建设，完成人及界面监控。同时控制系统的核心控制由德国的西门子（SIEMENS）公司的S7-200系列可编程控制器（PLC）完成。 本论文对组态软件的基本知识进行介绍，具体说明本论文涉及的组态软件Wincc V6.2的使用方法。详细阐述了组态界面的设计，其中包括画面建设，变量分配，参数调整等。 关键字：孔雀开屏；机械控制；人机界面监控；可编程控制器（PLC）。 Based on the Wincc and PLC peacock control system design——Configuration Technology Yu Haidi Abstract In this paper, a combination of machine tool design is a combination of common components, the control system is the use of electrical, hydraulic and mechanical combination of control mode.Here I have responsible mainly is aims at the control system of the Wincc (Windows control center) configuration screen design, PLC programming, frequency converter, low voltage electrical control technology, Ethernet communication only for basic instructions. In this paper, the design of the control system mainly reflects in software, first of all to determine the PLC program and low voltage circuit design, and then determine the relay - contactor control system design scheme, then design the main circuit, control circuit, frequency converter, and communications aspects of design, etc. Finally using Wincc to construct the configuration screen of the persons involved and interface monitoring.At the same time, the core of the control system is controlled by German Siemens ( SIEMENS ) Company S7-200 series programmable controller ( PLC ).
