3种不同给药途径预防产后出血对比研究[摘要] 目的:探讨3种不同给药途径预防产后出血的临床效果,寻找一种更有效、简便、实用的预防产后出血的方法。方法:对本院2007年6月～2009年6月收治的347例足月妊娠阴道分娩的产妇产后分别采用臀部肌内注射、宫底肌内注射以及脐静脉注射缩宫素3种不同的方法来观察其对第三产程持续时间以及产后2 h的出血量的影响。结果:臀部肌注组分别与脐静脉注射组和宫底肌内注射组的出血量比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。臀部肌注组分别与脐静脉注射组和宫底肌注组的第三产程持续时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:脐静脉推注缩宫素能更好地促进子宫收缩,减少产后出血。 [关键词] 缩宫素; 产后出血; 预防;途径 [中图分类号] R714.46+1 [文献标识码]A [文章编号]1674-4721(2010)05(a)-035-02 Comparative analysis of three different routes of administration on prevention of postpartum hemorrhage TANG Wei,WANG Zhenwen (Qiaotou Hospital of Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, Dongguan523523, China) [Abstract] Objective: To explore the three different routes of administration on prevention of postpartum hemorrhage effect, to find a more effective, simple and practical approach to prevention of postpartum hemorrhage method. Methods: Hospital full-term pregnancy admitted 347 cases of postpartum vaginal deliveries were used buttocks intramuscular injection from June 2007 to June 2009, intramuscular injection as well as the palace at the end of umbilical vein injection of oxytocin three kinds of different ways to observe the duration of third stage of labor, and 2 h postpartum bleeding volume effects. Results: The hip intramuscular injection group were injected with human umbilical vein group and the palace of the amount of bleeding at the end of intramuscular group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Buttock intramuscular injection group were injected with human umbilical vein group and the palace at the end of the first three intramuscular group the duration of labor, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: The umbilical cord intravenous injection of oxytocin can better promote the contraction of the uterus and reduce postpartum hemorrhage.
