摘要随着社会生产的发展和人民生活水平的提高，对供电质量的要求也越来越高，电压是标志电能质量的一个基本技术指标，它与无功功率密切相关。在电力供电系统中，功率因数的提高是一项重要的技术工作，直接关系到输电线路的电能损耗及供电的经济性，供电质量。本次设计主要是运用AT89S52来实现对无功补偿控制器的设计，该控制器采用数字检测电路来获取电网电压与电流的相位差；单片机通过8255A与LED显示器相连从而显示功率因数；控制开关采用过零型固态继电器，使投切控制实现等电压投入，零电流切除；电源电路的设计则为单片机和继电器提供了稳定的供电电压。单片机AT89S52实现数据处理、输入、输出控制等功能。通过实验监测功率因素分析，该控制器具有对电网冲击小，响应快，抗干扰能力强，精度高，可分相投切等优点，适用于目前企业用户进行无功功率补偿。本文运用AT89S52单片机，对电力系统中低压无功功率进行监测和控制，使功率因数达到调整和优化，提高了电力系统的供电质量和经济运行。关键词：电压 无功补偿 AT89S52 功率因数 控制器AbstractThe requirement to the electric power supplying quality is increasing with the development of industry and the improvement of people’s standard of living.Voltage is a primary technological fingerpost of electric power quality and closely related with reactive power. In the power-system, the raise of the power-factor is a important technologic work. It matters the utility and quality of the power-system.The article introduces passive power compensator based on AT89S52 controlling with high precision. It measures excess phase of voltage and circuit used digital circuit. The AC solid-state relay of passing zero is applied to the control switch. By 8255 A single chip microcomputer and LED display connected to demonstrate power factor. It is input when the voltage of the power system equals the voltage of the capacitor and elimination when the circuit is zero. In order to avoid program into the dead circulation design watchdog unit circuit; Power supply circuit design is for single-chip microcomputer and relay provides stable power supply voltage.A Microcomputer AT98S52 competes the Data process, input, output etc. The practical result shows the advantages of high precision, less influence on low-voltage power system, fast response, connecting capacitors with single-phase and the ability of anti-jamming.
