微生物技术提高三元复合驱采收率研究

摘要:针对大庆油田面临的高综合含水、高开发成本、提高采收率的难度进一步加大、剩余油高度分散等问题,应用微生物采油技术,有可能缓解大庆油田后期开发的矛盾,有力推动可持续发展。本文通过对菌种作用后原油性质的变化、作用后原油对三元体系界面张力的影响、菌液注入拌气比例及微观模型驱油和物理模拟驱油实验研究,得出微生物作用后原油性质得到改善,流动性变好,作用后原油酸值较未作用原油提高20倍以上,与三元体系界面张力进一步降低。室内物理模拟驱油实验表明,先注0.05PV菌液, 再用三元体系(主剂为大庆研制烷基苯磺酸盐表面活性剂)驱替, 比单独化学驱油采收率增加8.66%。应用微生物技术, 可以进一步提高采收率,降低三元复合驱成本,为低酸值油藏提供一种经济有效的开采方法。

The Study on Enhancing Oil Recovery of Alkane/Surfactant/Polymer Flooding by Microorganism

Abstract: Currently,it is faced to a good many questions in Daqing Oilfield,such as the high composite water cut and exploiture cost,the increasing difficulty of enhancing oil recovery and the high decentralization of remaining oil.The application of Microbe oil extraction technics is likely to put off conflict of exploiture anaphase and drive continuance development. It is studied the changes of oil character and interfacial tension after microbe taking effect, scale of microbe injection with air, microcosmic flooding model and physical simulation flooding experiments in this text, the compatible functional germ could degrade heavy components of crude oil, meliorate oil characters, flowability becoming better. And the bacteria could produce acid fluid, increasing acid number of the crude oil more than 20 times. After taking effect, crude oil further decreases interfacial tension with ASP system. If injecting 0.05PV functional germ firstly,then using ASP formulation (main flooding agent is made in Daqing ) to displace oil, the average recovery factor is increased 28.66%(OOIP), increasing about 8.66% than using ASP flooding only. So using functional germ to displace oil combined with ASP flooding could further increase oil recovery factor, offering an economic and effective exploiture method for low acid number reser
