Methods: the changes of urine malondialdehyde (MDA) in 60 healthy boys aged 19 to 22 years were measured by thiobarbituric acid colorimetric method, and the statistical analysis was carried out. Results: there was a significant difference in urine MDA content between subjects in different states (P 0.01, F=666.1269). Immediately after examination, urine MDA content (1.3370 + 0.2275nmol/L) immediate examination (1.3240 + 0.2827nmol/L) basic state (1.2995 + 0.2834nmol/L) post condition (1.2500 + 0.3700nmol/L), (P 0.01, q=7.0011 ~ 46.8535). Conclusion: the examination stress has obvious influence on the MDA of the urine of students. Urine MDA can be used as a biochemical indicator of psychological stress. Results: The levels of urine malondialdehyde in tested undergraduates showed significant difference before and after exam (p0.01, F=666.1269).
