硫辛酸治疗糖尿病足的临床观察（Clinical observation of lipoic acid in treatment of diabetic foot） Clinical observation of Thioctic Acid Injection in the treatment of diabetic foot Zhang Jigang Zang Yixian Advisory: 029-3205-6936 186-9106-9128 Abstract: Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of lipoic acid in diabetic foot (DF). Methods: according to the diagnostic criteria of WHODF, 98 cases of diabetic foot patients were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group 50 cases, fasting blood glucose (11.6 + 3) mmol/L; control group 48 cases, fasting blood glucose (11.2 + 2.8) mmol/L. The control group was treated with basic treatment (including diet control, insulin to control blood sugar, effective antibiotics to control infection, decompression, surgical treatment); treatment group on the basis of the above plus lipoic acid 600mg intravenous injection, 1 times a day, a total of 28 days. Results: the clinical efficacy in the treatment group had a significant difference compared with the control group, the treatment group before treatment, m/ blood flow velocity in the dorsal hemodynamics (s.mm) was 0.34 + 0.13 after treatment, blood flow velocity, m/ (s.mm) 0.84 + 0.16, the control group before treatment, the blood flow velocity of m/ (s.mm) 0.35 0.18, after treatment, the blood flow velocity of m/ (s.mm) 0.61 + 0.11 (p0.01), in terms of nerve conduction of common peroneal nerve (Mcv + s, m/s) before the treatment, 38.13 + 4.51, 43.67 + 4.20 after treatment; the control group before treatment was 38.70 + 4.42, 43.67 + 4.20 after treatment (p0.05) the superficial peroneal nerve, Scv (s, m/s) before the treatment, 36.76 + 1.89, 42.12 + 3.16 after treatment; the control group before treatment was 37.13 + 1.86 After treatment, 39.32 + 2.78 (p0.05) conduction velocity was significantly improved. Conclusion: This study shows that Thioctic Acid Injection has remarkable curative effect in the treatment of diabetic foot, and can improve the hemodynamics of the dorsum
