In the method of X-ray machine guided by TV screen, making fresh wounds in the fracture end with needle knife after local injection of 5 ~ 10 ml bovine collagen / bovine BMP liquid. 12 cases were treated clinically. Results clinical fracture healing was achieved in 11 cases at 3~6 months. No complication occurred. Conclusion bone collagen / BMP liquid fracture injection for the treatment of bone nonunion is a simple and effective method and high safety. Methods Fresh traumas in the site of fracture were again obtained by a small needle-knife under the guide of X-ray. Collagen/BMP (5-10 ml) was injected into the site of fracture of 12 patients. Results Except one patient, the clinical result and roentgenographic assessment were good in all. No complication happened. Conclusions The procedure is a simple, safe and effective method for orthopaedic patients.
