本 科 毕 业 论 文 院 系 商学院 专 业 国际经济与贸易 题 目 中国文化产业现状与发展对策研究 年 级 2011 学号 2011010400102 学生姓名 郑雪娇 指导老师 赵锦春 职称 讲师 论文提交日期 2015. 03. 26 中国对外文化贸易现状及发展对策研究 摘要 随着信息时代和知识社会的到来,文化产业对一个国家综合实力和国际地位的影响越来越大。在人民生活水平上升的同时,人们的的社会需求逐渐从物质层次转换到精神层次。发展文化产业不仅可以增强一个国家的凝聚力,更能创造出其他产业比不上的经济价值。 然而,我国作为一个位居前列的贸易大国和文化强国,对外文化贸易却与资源不成正比,灿烂的中国文明史,丰富的文化成果旨在我国的文化贸易制约要素,并且通过经验的借鉴、实际的探索适合我国发展实际的文化战略。 Abstract With the advent of the information age and knowledge society, the culture industry has a growing impact on a country’s comprehensive strength and international status. As people’s living standards are rising, their social needs gradually transit from physical level into the spiritual level. Developing the culture industry can not only enhance the cohesion of a country, but also can create an economic value which other industries cannot compare with. However, as a trading country with powerful cultural influence, China has some serious problems, such as trade gap. This affects our country’s international status. China has rich cultural resources, but it is not fully utilized. This is because our cultural products have weak international competitiveness, especially after joining the WTO, China’s culture industry is facing increasingly fierce competition. Therefore, it is the time to develop China’s foreign cultural trade, which has been supported by the government already. In order to solve this problem, this paper describes the basic concepts of cultural industries and the characteristics of cultural industries are listed as follows: the cultural industry has the characteristics of high value-added consumer products have preference, there is a cultural discount.
