面阵 CCD 拼接仪结构设计

摘 要 ： 本文设计了一种 CCD 拼接仪 。 拼接仪采用大理石做工作平台 ， 二维工作台和升降台采 用滚珠直线
导轨做导向 ， 进给传动采用滚珠丝杠 、 长工作距显微物镜进行对准和检测 。 滚珠直线导轨导向精度 2″ ， 正交
性 2″ ， 滚珠丝杠进给分辨率 1 滋 m 。 经实际使用 ， 所设计的结构满足仪器的性能要求 。

Structure Design of Stitching Instrument for Area CCD

Abstract: A CCD stitching instrument was designed in this paper. The marble material was used for the worktable of
the stitching instrument , ball bearing guide used for oriented function in the moving-table, ball bearing screw used
for moving forward, and micro-objective of long working distance used for testing. Oriented precision of ball bearing
guide was 2″ , orthogonality was 2″ , resolving power of ball bearing screw was 2 滋 m. The structure could meet the
performance requirement of instrument.
