尺神经沟置针与桡侧克氏针交叉固定儿童GartlandⅢ型肱骨髁上骨折 朱亚中 周嵘 吴水培 董德胜 刘志安 王春生 【摘要】 目的：评价尺神经沟置针与桡侧克氏针交叉固定治疗儿童Gartland Ⅲ型肱骨髁上骨折的可行性及疗效。方法： 1998年1月到2010年10月采用尺神经沟置针与桡侧克氏针交叉固定治疗儿童Gartland Ⅲ型肱骨髁上骨折患儿144例，随访时检查环小指运动及感觉情况，测量双上肢长度、肘关节屈伸度、摄双肘正位片测量Baumann或提携角。结果：144例患儿，随访14～85月,平均60个月，按HSS肘关节功能评定法行功能评价：优秀率97%,无肘内翻及肘外翻畸形,无继发尺神经损伤，肢体无短缩；结论：尺神经沟置针与桡侧克氏针固定儿童Gartland Ⅲ型肱骨髁上骨折可获得良好的肘关节功能及外观，同时预防肘内翻畸形及继发尺神经损伤，对骨骺生长发育无明显影响。 　　【关健词】尺神经沟;内固定;髁上骨折;肱骨 　Internal Fixation with cross Kirschner Wires in Sulcus for Ulnar Nerve and epicondylus lateralis of humerus in Treatment of Gartland Ⅲ Supracondylar Fracture of Humerus in Children ZHU Ya-zhong, ZHOU Rong, WU Shui-pei， etal. Methods The data of 158 children with Gartland Ⅲ supracondylar fracture of humerus in children were treated with internal fixation with cross Kirschner wires in the sulcus for ulnar nerve and epicondylus lateralis of humerus between Jan.1998 to October.2010. Length of both upper extremities and the ranges of motion in elbow joint were measured,and The baumann angle was measured by Intake elbow side position piece in following up and the function was estimated according to HSS scoring for function of the elbow joint one year postoperatively. Results All patients were followed up for an average of 60months without cubitus varus and secondary injury of ulnar nerve or extremities shortness. By HSS scale, The excellent rate was 97%.
