关于高层混凝土剪力墙技术控制要点论述摘要： 随着我国经济水平的不断发展和社会的不断进步，人们对建筑业提出了更高的要求，城市现代化建设和建筑节能施工技术得到了很大的发展。目前，针对我国面积辽阔，人口众多，人均占地在世界排名中比较落后的实际情况，有许多新的规范、政策颁布和实施，城市高层建筑大部分都是商、住两用的结构设计，在结构空间上，这些高层建筑的下部一到三层的商用空间要大一些，采用一些比较大的柱体结构作为主要承重墙，上部的居住空间则要紧密一些，以节约资源。高层建筑在承重设计方面比较困难，为了满足高层建筑在高度和外观上的要求，出现了很多剪力墙结构的工程。剪力墙是一种比较好的抵抗侧向力的单元，结构设计方法灵活，随着新材料、新工艺、新技术以及新设备的相继发展和使用，工程质量不断提高，剪力墙结构既可以做成完全单独由剪力墙来抵抗侧力的一种剪力墙结构；也可以组成由剪力墙和框架共同抵抗侧力，组成框架――剪力墙体系的复合受力结构。文章针对高层建筑中的剪力墙结构的基本概念和设计、构造特点作了简单的论述。 关键词：高层建筑，混凝土，剪力墙设计，控制要点 中图分类号： TU398+.2文献标识码：A文章编号： Abstract: with the development of China’s economic level and the development of society, people to the construction industry put forward higher request, city modernization construction and building energy saving construction technology are the very big development.
