口服克洛已新治疗小儿呼吸道感染疗效观察【中图分类号】R725.6【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1672-6383-（2010）12-0053-02 【摘要】目的：探讨口服克洛已新干混悬剂的临床疗效。方法：将76例（男 30人，女 46人）年龄6月～5岁的急性上呼吸道感染、急性气管炎的患儿作为研究对象，随机分成两组，治疗组40人，对照组36人，症状均以发热为主要表现、咳嗽轻，肺部均有痰鸣音。两组血常规及cRp均提示细菌感染。两组症状体征无统计学差异。治疗组给予克洛已新干混悬剂(江苏正大清江药业有限公司) ，其组分为：每袋含头孢克洛250mg，盐酸溴已新8.77mg，按体重以头孢克洛计一日20～40mg/kg，分3次服用，连服5～7天，对照组给予头孢氨苄颗粒和其他化痰药5～7天。疗效判断：显效：服药2天热退4天咳嗽止，肺部痰鸣音消失。有效：服药3天热退6天咳嗽止，肺部痰鸣音消失，无效：7天后仍咳嗽、肺部痰鸣音存在。结果：治疗组总有效率88.7%，对照组65.2%，两组经治疗总有效率差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05） 结论： 克洛已新干混悬剂组方合理，治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染、急性气管炎疗效显著，且快捷、方便、节省费用，适合在儿科推广。 【关键词】口服；克洛已新干混悬剂 ；小儿呼吸道感染 Takes orally Cloe to treat the young child respiratory infections curative effect observation newly Zhang Fengping 【Abstract】Objective：The discussion takes orally Cloe to do the suspension newly the clinical curative effect.
