一测多评法测定丹参药材中4种丹参酮类成分的含量 蓝天凤,王晓2,王岱杰2,王亮3,刘青3,于宗渊3* (1. 山东中医药大学,济南,250355;2. 山东省分析测试中心 济南,250014;3. 山东省中医药研究院,济南,250014) [摘要] 目的:建立测定丹参药材中4种丹参酮类成分含量的一测多评法。方法:采用HPLC法,以丹参酮ⅡA为对照品,用外标法测定其在丹参药材中的含量,同时测定丹参酮ⅡA与丹参酮Ⅰ、隐丹参酮、二氢丹参酮的相对校正因子,用获得的相对校正因子计算后3种成分的含量,实现一测多评;用外标法测定丹参药材中丹参酮Ⅰ、隐丹参酮和二氢丹参酮的含量,比较其与采用相对校正因子计算值之间的差异。结果:各相对校正因子重现性良好;各成分采用相对校正因子计算的含量值与外标法测定值之间无显著性差异。结论:一测多评法的适用性和可行性在丹参药材4种丹参酮类成分的含量测定中得到验证。 [关键词] 丹参;丹参酮;一测多评法;校正因子 Quantitative analysis of four tanshinones in root and rhizome of Salvia miltiorrhiza with one marker LAN Tianfeng1, WANG Xiao2, WANG Daijie2, WANG Liang3, LIU Qing3, YU Zongyuan3* (1. Shandong Academy of Chinese Medicine, Jinan, 250014) [Abstract] Objective: To develop a method for simultaneous determination of 4 tanshinones in root and rhizome of Salvia miltiorrhiza by means of quantitative analysis of multi-components with single marker (QAMS). Method: Tanshinone ⅡA was selected as the marker. The relative correction factors (RCF) of tanshinone I, cryptotanshinone and dihydrotanshinone to the marker were calculated by HPLC. The contents of the 4 tanshinones in 10 samples of root and rhizome of Salvia miltiorrhiza were determined by both external standard method and the QAMS method. The validity of the QAMS method was evaluated by comparison of the two quantitative results. Result: The RCF had good reproducibility. No significant differences between the quantitative results obtained by the two methods were observed. Conclusion: The practicability of QAMS method has been verified in the quantitative analysis of 4 tanshinones in root and rhizome of Salvia miltiorrhiza.
