目 录 中文摘要……………………………………………………… 英文摘要……………………………………………………… 前言…………………………………………………………… 研究内容及方法……………………………………………… 结果及结论…………………………………………………… 讨论…………………………………………………………… 建议…………………………………………………………… 参考文献……………………………………………………… 致谢………………………………………………………… 兰州某幼儿园儿童的营养状况及影响因素分析 学生姓名 指导老师 阎春生 兰州大学公共卫生学院营养教研室 【摘要】目的 了解我市现阶段学龄前儿童的营养状况及影响因素，通过膳食调查、体格检查及儿童家长的KAP评分，找出儿童营养状况的影响因素，为今后合理干预提供依据。方法 采用整群抽样的方法对兰州某幼儿园内265名儿童进行膳食调查和体格检查，对其家长进行KAP问卷调查。结果 KAP问卷调查显示儿童家长60分以上为96.31%。学龄前儿童消瘦率为29.06%，女孩的消瘦率高与男孩。学龄前儿童的生长发育低于WHO的标准，膳食结构不合理。结论 不同文化程度的儿童家长及幼教人员的对儿童的健康都很关注。儿童的体格发育的总体状况较1998年我国六市儿童的体格发育状况有所改善。需完善膳食结构，加强体育锻炼。 【关键词】 学龄前　儿童 营养状况 影响因素 The Nutritional Status and Impact Factors of Children in a Kindergarten in Lanzhou Author: Lu Kexing Instructor: Yan Chunsheng Lanzhou University School of Public Health Abstract : 【Objective】In order to understand the nutritional status and the impact factors of preschool children in our city at this stage, to promote the growth and development of children, through the nutrition knowledge and eating attitudes,behavior (KAP) Evaluation,dietary survey and physical examination of parents ,we can provide the basis for promote nutrition knowledge and behavioral intervention of children and parents. 【Methods】We hold an investigation on 265 parents of children in a kindergarten in Lanzhou, used cluster sampling method for KAP questionnaire survey, used Z-score evaluation on Child Growth ,on the basis of single-factor analysis,used multiple logistic regression analysis in multi-factor analysis. Meanwhile we used billing method for a kindergarten meals statistics. 【results】The growth and development of pre-school children are below the WHO growth standards, still exist malnutrition and obesity. There is a serious shortage of energy in the average intake of daily nutrient in the dietary, excessively high proportion of fat. 【Conclusion】 Parents and nurseries of preschool children should take serious on reasonable nutrition, take effective me
