循环水泵双速改造的节能效果分析

摘 要：对某600MW超临界机组实施循泵双速改造的的效果进行了理论分析与试验验证。发现由于
闭式循环水系统的冷却塔静扬程保持不变，所以循泵从高速切换至低速运行后，其出水流量、扬程和
功率的变化规律并不完全符合泵转速变化的相似定律。在考虑循泵出水流量减小对凝汽器真空的负面
影响因素后．提出了机组在冬季运行工况的循泵优化调整方法。
