洛赛克粉针剂和阿莫西林治疗十二指肠球部溃疡并出血的疗效观察（To observe the curative effect of Losec injection and amoxicillin in the treatment of duodenal ulcer and hemorrhage） To observe the curative effect of Losec injection and amoxicillin in the treatment of duodenal ulcer and hemorrhage 2010-03-26, Ma GUI, Huang Jian, Xiong, Sun Tao From April 1998 to December in our hospital, Losec injection and amoxicillin in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori (Hp) positive, and hemorrhage in patients with duodenal ulcer clinical observation, bleeding, ulcer healing and Hp clearance, very satisfactory effect. 1 objects and methods 20 patients with melena in hospital, including 9 cases with hematemesis, 1 cases with dizziness, palpitations and decreased blood pressure. All cases were in the hospital after 24 or 48 hours of emergency gastroscopy and Hp. What is seen under the microscope is shown in table 1. Adding 80mg powder Losec 100ml normal saline, 10 minutes after the drop, with 5% glucose injection 40mg 500ml Gallo mosaic, with the speed of 8mg per hour continuous infusion for 3 days at the same time, oral amoxicillin 1 0.5g, 3 times a day. After 2 weeks of treatment, endoscopy and Hp were performed. Hp was detected in two pieces of gastric antrum tissue.
