无源驱动OLED模组电路设计 摘 要 有机发光二极管又称为有机电激光显示（Organic Light-Emitting Diode，OLED），其原理是电致发光[1-3]。这是一种在近几年发展迅速并且有很广阔的发展空间的新型显示器件。OLED基本结构是由一薄而透明具半导体特性之铟锡氧化物(ITO)，与电力之正极相连，再加上另一个金属阴极，包成如三明治的结构。当电力供应至适当电压时，正极空穴与阴极电荷就会在发光层中结合，产生光亮，依其配方不同产生红、绿和蓝RGB三原色，构成基本色彩[4]。加之OLED具有自发光、广视角(达170°以上)、反应时间快（1μs量级）、发光效率高、工作电压低(3-10V)等优良特性，因此被喻为下一代的明星平板技术[5]。 本文着重对OLED的驱动原理、驱动方式以及驱动控制进行研究。通过OLED的结构以及显示特性，研究其驱动原理和驱动方式，比较无源驱动和有源驱动的优缺，选择使用一款型号为SSD1306的驱动芯片来驱动一片128×64的无源OLED屏幕。并设计用8051单片机作为控制系统。因此整个设计电路由驱动电路和控制电路两部分组成。电路设计完成后编写初始化和显示实例程序，并烧录至单片机中，能按照预先程序设定点亮OLED并显示。 关键词：有机电致发光,OLED,SSD1306；单片机 Design of PM-OLED Modular Circuit Abstract OLED, the abbreviation of Organic Light-Emitting Diode[6-8]. It’s principle is electroluminescence[9]. It develop rapidly in recent years and has a very broad space for development of new display device. The basic structure is ITO ,connected to the power of the anode, with another metal cathode, packaged like a sandwich. OLED is illuminated and has wide angle(more than 170°), fast reaction time(1μs level）, high luminous efficiency, low working voltage (3-10V), and other fine features, so it is called the star of the next generation flat panel technology. This paper focuses on the drive principle of OLED, driver mode and drive control for research. According to the structure and display characteristics of OLED, research the drive principle and the drive way. Compare the Passive Drive and the Active Drive, Finally I choose to use a model for SSD1306 driver chip to drive a 128 x 64 passive OLED screen. Use 8051 MCU as the control system. So the whole design consists of two parts, drive circuit and control circuit. After the design of the circuit, Write instance initialization and display program, and finish the MCU programming. It will light OLED and display according the program.
