RF系列立式数控磨床RF CNC VERTICAL GRINDING MACHINE 一 主要用途和适用范围Main function application range： cylindrical grinding, end-face grinding, conical end-face grinding and inner/outer track grinding for big ring-shaped workpieces, extra big bearings and fan bearings. Different required surface grinding can be finished in one time of clamping to make sure the grinded surfaces’ position precision. The machine series is especially suitable for mass production of large gearbox casing, wind turbine gearbox bearing rings and other big bearing rings. 二．机床主要特点性能 Main features 本系列立式数控磨床标配FANUC数控系统,根据用户需要可以配置SIEMENS系统。 Standard configuration of the machine is CNC FANUC system, and SIEMENS system is optional. 本系列立式数控磨床采用整体立式,定梁,单柱（规格小等于RFLM160的机床），双立柱（（规格大等于RFLM200的机床）的龙门式结构。 The vertical grinding machine adopts the gantry structure of indeterminate beam, single column (the size is not bigger than RFLM160) or double column (the size is not smaller than RFLM200). 本系列立式数控磨床采用双磨头结构,根据加工零件需要,可选用两只立式磨头;一只立式磨头,一只卧式端面磨头;一只立式磨头,一只卧式范成磨头等多种布局.立式/卧式高精度磨头，均可无级变速。 The machine adopts two grinding heads with different layouts: two vertical grinding heads, one vertical grinding head and the other horizontal end-face grinding head or one vertical grinding head and the other generating grinding head.
