Objective 目的为了防治在生产，测试，运输和开机时静电对元器件和模块造成的危害。 Prevention static endanger on component and module during production, testing, transportation and boot-strap 2. Scope 范围本条例适用于SNC所有需要进行静电防护的区域。 This regulation is used for all ESD protected area in SNC 3. Concepts (Definition, Abbreviation)概念(定义，缩写) ESD: Electro Static Discharges / 静电释放 EPA：静电放电保护区（Electrostatic Protected Areas） 4. Responsibility 职责 4.1PA 相关人员有责任保证生产场地、库房和工作台面满足ESD要求。 PA related person is responsible for workshop, warehouse and desk to match ESD requirement. 其他静电防护区域由相应区域指定人员负责ESD要求。 The assigner is responsible for related area to match ESD requirement. 4.2 所有员工进入EPA必须按照岗位要求作好ESD防护，并经测试合格方可进入。 All staff should pass the ESD requirement according to diff
