双环醇对实验性非酒精性脂肪肝大鼠防治作用[摘要] 目的 探讨双环醇对非酒精性脂肪肝大鼠的防治作用。 方法 采用高脂饲料饲养制备非酒精性脂肪肝大鼠模型，同时给予不同剂量双环醇治疗，通过检测血清肝酶谱丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶（AST）、碱性磷酸酶（ALP）、转肽酶（GGT），血脂，肝组织匀浆三酰甘油含量和肝脏组织学变化，观察不同剂量双环醇对非酒精性脂肪肝大鼠的防治作用。 结果 模型组大鼠肝脏出现明显的脂肪变性，肝酶活性（AST、ALP、GGT），血脂和肝组织三酰甘油含量升高；双环醇各剂量组肝细胞脂肪变显著减轻，肝酶活性（AST、ALP、GGT）、血脂和肝组织三酰甘油含量较模型组显著下降。 结论 双环醇对非酒精性脂肪肝具有良好的防治作用。 [关键词] 双环醇；非酒精性脂肪肝；大鼠 [中图分类号] R575.5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2012）08（a）-0020-02 Preparation of Bicyclol in the prevention and treatment of the experimental rats with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease ZHANG Wenhuan1 ZHANG Guoshun2▲ WANG Na2 WEI Li2 GUO Hong2 MA Lizhuan2 WANG Yuhu1 LU Lixia1 1.Department of Diagnostic Ultrasound, Tangshan Branch Hospital of Hebei People′s Armed Corps Hospital, Hebei Province, Tangshan 063000, China; 2.Department of Digestion Medicine, the Affiliated Hospital of Hebei United University, Hebei Province, Tangshan 063000, China [Abstract] Objective To investgate the preventive and therapeutic effect of preparation of Bicyclol on the rats with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). Methods The fatty liver model was established by feeding with high caloric laboratory chaw, and treated with different dose of Bicyclol, the activities of alkaline phosphatase (ALT, AST, ALP, GGT) and gamma glutamyl transferase, blood lipid, liver triglycerin and pathological changes in all groups were assayed, and to observe the preventive and therapeutic effect of preparation of Bicyclol on the rats with NAFLD. Results The activities of alkaline phosphatase (AST, ALP, GGT) and gamma glutamyl transferase, blood lipid, liver triglycerin of model group increased significantly; liver histology showed mild to moderate steatosis. Those indexes of Bicyclol groups were significantly lower than those of model group. Conclusion Bicyclol is effective on the prevention and therapy of the rats with NAFLD.
