冷轧薄板激光焊机激光梁伺服控制的实现

摘要:本文针对冷轧薄板激光焊接的控制特点,研究了焊机激光梁的工艺控制流程,并据此提出了实现该动作过
程的伺服控制方案。系统主要吐I西门子S7—400、SIMODPdVE61IU变频器、lFK7交流同步伺服电机等来组成。采
用PROFIBUS一3DP通信,保证了参数的快建、准确传递。实现了激光梁伺服控制的快速性和准确性。
