多虑平治疗功能性消化不良临床疗效观察【摘要】目的 探讨功能性消化不良（FD）的病因与心理社会的关系，比较消化内科常规治疗与抗抑郁、抗焦虑药物对其的疗效观察。方法 对100例FD病人进行“四部问诊法”对病人进行心理评估，再将100例FD患者随机分入对照组（常规消化科治疗）、多虑平组（常规消化科治疗+多虑平），疗程为8周，治疗后再使用四部问诊法进行评估，来判断消化道的症状改善程度。结果 FD患者通过四部问诊法确定是否伴有抑郁或（和）焦虑状态，FD患者通过抗抑郁或焦虑药物（多虑平）治疗8周后，消化道症状改善总有效率达81%，较对照组（60%）显著提高，并且治疗前后通过四部问诊法患者抑郁焦虑症状改善情况差异存在显著性(P小于0.05)。结论 FD与心理社会因素关系密切。在基层医院采取四部问诊法简单易于操作。FD患者普遍存在抑郁和焦虑状态，多虑平双向治疗抑郁、焦虑药物治疗FD能显著改善患者的精神和躯体症状。 【关键词】功能性消化不良 精神心理因素 “四部问诊法” 抗抑、郁焦虑药 中图分类号：R57文献标识码：B文章编号：1005-0515（2011）2-058-02 【Abstract】Goal discussion functionality dyspepsia (FD) cause of disease and psychological society’s relations, compared with digestion internal medicine department convention treatment and anti-despondent, antianxietic to its curative effect observation. method carries on “four to 100 example FD patient to interrogate the law” to carry on the psychological appraisal to the patient, enters 100 example FD patient along with the fuselage the control group (conventional digestion branch treatment), to consider thoroughly again the even group (conventional digestion branch treatment+to consider thoroughly evenly), the treatment course is 8 weeks, after the treatment, uses four to interrogate the law again to carry on the appraisal, judges digestive tract’s symptom improvement degree.
