早期乳腺癌保乳术后大分割放疗的临床观察 张芹 苗亚丽 李云东 郭冉 (济宁市第一人民医院,山东 济宁 272000) 【摘要】 目的 观察早期乳腺癌保乳术后大分割放疗的近期疗效、美容效果和不良反应。方法 我院2010年6月-2013年6月100例早期乳腺癌患者，保乳手术后均行调强适形放疗，随机分为大分割放疗组及常规放疗组各50例。大分割放疗组 全乳照射：6MV-X线 43.2Gy/16次，瘤床补量：8MeV-电子线10.8GY/4次，2.7GY/次,总疗程28天。常规放疗组 全乳照射：6MV-X线50Gy/25次，瘤床补量：8MeV-电子线12GY/6次，2.0GY/次,总疗程41天。结果 大分割放疗组与常规放疗组比较，2年局部控制率分别为98% 和100%,差异无统计学意义（P=0.313）Clinical trial of hypofractionated dose-escalated radiotherapy for patients with early-stage breast cancer after breast-conserving surgery ZhangQin MiaoYaLi LiYunDong Guo Ran Deparment of Oncology ,The First People,s Hospital of Jining,Shandong Jining,China Corresponding author: ZhangQin , E-mail :zq56369@163.com Objective To observe the recent curative effect ,cosmetic result,and toxicities of hypofractionated dose-escalated radiotherapy for patients with early-stage breast cancer after breast conserving surgery. Method From June 2010 to June 2013,100 patients with breast cancer after breast-conserving surgery were enrolled in the trial. Intensity-modulated radiotherapy was applied to each patient,All patients were divided into two groups randomly,hypofractionated dose-escalated radiotherapy and conventional fractionated radiotherapy . Each group had 50 cases. The hypofractionated dose-escalated radiotherapy schedule was 43.2Gy to the whole breast,with a boost of 10.8GY to the tumor bed.The dose was 2.7GY per fraction ,the total course of treatment was 28 days; The conventional fractionated radiotherapy schedule was50Gy to the whole breast,with a boost of 12GY to the tumor bed.The dose was 2.0GY per fraction, the total course of treatment was 43 days.Result For the two group ,The 2-year local regional control was 98%VS100%（P=0.313）ecent curative effect and cosmetic results and acceptable toxicities(P=0.819；P=0.971)，Between hypofractionated dose-escalated radiotherapy and conventional fractionated radiotherapy for the patients early-stage breast cancer after breast conserving surg
