银精矿在[Bmim]HSO4离子液体—硫脲体系中的浸出行为 方夕辉1,钟名清1,尹艳芬2,张帅1,陈杜娟3 (1.江西理工大学 资源与环境工程学院江西赣州 341000;2江西理工大学 经济管理学院江西赣州 341000; 3西北矿冶研究院甘肃白银 730900) 摘要:用[Bmim]HSO4离子液体取代硫酸进行了硫脲浸取银精矿的浸出行为研究。考察了磨矿细度[Bmim]HSO4浓度硫脲浓度Fe3+浓度液固比浸出时间等对银浸出率的影响。结果表明,在磨矿细度-0.043 mm占80%、硫脲浓度0.18 mol/L、[Bmim]HSO4浓度0.3 mol/L、Fe3+浓度7.5mol/L、液固比31、浸出时间18 h的最优条件下,银浸出率可达到73.96%。[Bmim]HSO4-硫脲H2SO4-硫脲氰化[Bmim]HSO4-硫脲体系不但银浸出率最高,而且浸出时间短。 关键词:[Bmim]HSO4;离子液体;浸出;硫脲;银精矿中图分类号:TF8 文献标志码:A 文章编号:1007-7545(201)05-0000-00 Leaching Behaviors of Silver Concentrate in [Bmim]HSO4 Ionic Liquids and Thiourea Solution FANG Xihui1, ZHONG Ming-qing1, YIN Yan-feng2, ZHANG Shuai1, CHEN Du-juan3 (1. Northwest Research Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, Baiyin 730900, Gansu, China ) Abstract: The leaching behaviors of silver concentrate in [Bmim]HSO4 ionic liquids and thiourea solution were studied. The effects of grinding fineness, [Bmim]HSO4 concentration, thiourea and Fe3+ concentrations, ratio of liquid to solid, and leaching time on silver leaching rate were investigated. The results show that silver leaching rate is 73.96% under the optimum conditions including particle size of 80% -0.043 mm, thiourea concentration of 0.18 mol/L, [Bmim]HSO4 concentration of 0.3 mol/L, Fe3+ concentration of 7.5 mmol/L, ratio of liquid to solid of 3∶1 and leaching time of 18 h. In comparison with cyaniding leaching and sulfuric acid thiourea leaching, the highest silver leaching rate can be achieved in [Bmim]HSO4-thiourea solution with the shortest leaching duration.
