Just now, the vice mayor of wing Fei made an introduction to the preparation of this plan. The comrades in charge of the relevant departments made a speech and the leaders of the municipal Party committee delivered a very good speech. I am more in favor of it. The planning work, on the whole, the preparation of planning, soliciting opinions, reporting to the planning of the three time periods are very tight, to the relevant departments at all levels made a high demand. XX has 10 counties and districts which have been included in the XX area.
