Furthermore.thefourhistonemodificationswerehighlyconcurrentwithtranscriptregions--apromisingfeaturethat wasusedtopredictmissinggenesinthericegeneannotation.Thepredictionswerefurthervalidatedbyexperimentally confirm ingthetranscriptionoftwopredictedmissinggenes.Moreover,asequencemotifanalysiswasconstructed in ordertOidentifytheDHsitesandmanyputativetranscriptionfactorbindingsites.
