摘 要 关键词： ABSTRACT In recent years,?with the implementation of?the Middle Route Project of?the state?of South to North Water Diversion Project,?the?utilization of land?resources and water resources?along the Han River in Hubei Province? have been seriously affected,?and the state??has made a series remediation work?to the land along the South to North Water Diversion Project in Han River of Hubei Province.?While the land remediation achieved positive results and will continue to increase investment, expand the scope of remediation, at the same time, some problems exposed, mainly in the illegal use of remediation funds, fraud in the renovation project quality, remediation plan is not fully implemented, these caused the loss of state funds, and failed to achieve the expected benefits. Thus, the use of scientific and technological means to monitor the achievement of land remediation, has become an urgent need to land department for management. ?This paper make full use of the theoretical knowledge of remote sensing, geographic information systems, to study the production methods of orthophoto map of GF-1 remote sensing data, and use the orthophoto map to monitor the engineering construction of the designated land remediation project in ArcGIS software platform. By comparing the vector chart of project submitted and the latest achievements of remote sensing image, to monitor the completion of the project area of new farmland, field road and ditch, and the monitoring results are analyzed, and expounds the application of the monitoring results, thus the decision-making departments can prepare scientific land remediation planning and optimization of funds according to the actual situation, better to play the benefit of the remote sensing monitoring results.
