稻田施用固氮蓝藻、有机肥、化肥的肥效比较 - 河南农业科学.pdf

DOI :10.15933/ki .1004 -3268.2006.05.022 河南农业科学 、、 王秀红, 沈健英, 陆贻通 (, 20110 1) :固氮蓝藻(Cyanobacteria )能将空气中的游离氮转化为氮素化合物,为作物生长提供所需氮 素。为弄清固氮蓝藻在水稻生长过 中, 土壤和作物体中氮素含量的变化特点,进行了水稻施用固 氮蓝藻、有机肥及化肥的对比试验, 结果表明:前期, 各处理土壤氮含量差异不显著(P0.05);后 期, 固氮蓝藻和有机肥处理含氮量则高于化肥和对照处理。因此,虽然施用固氮蓝藻的水稻前期氮 素含量没有施用有机肥和化肥高,但其能使土壤、作物中保持持续稳定的含氮量, 表现出较好的肥 效。 :固氮蓝藻;有机肥;化肥;氮素含量;水稻田 :S5 11　　:A 　　:1004-3268(2006)05-0067-03 Fertilizer Efficiency Characteristics of Cy anobacteria, Or anic Manure and Fertilizer in Paddy Field WANG Xiu-hon , SHEN Jian-yin , LU Yi-ton (School of A riculture and Biolo y, Shan hai Jiaoton University, Shan hai 201101, China) Abstract :In order to compare the fertilizer efficiency characteristics of Cyanobacteria,Or anic Manure and Fertilizer in paddy field, the authors tested the nitro en contents of rice plants and soil by Kjeldahl after applyin Cy anobacteria, or anic manure and fertilizer to the soil, respectively .The result indi- cated that nitro en content differences of the soils amon these three fertilizers were not si nificant(P 0.05)in the prophase of rice row th, but in the anaphase, the differences w ere si nificant .The ni- tro en content of soils of Cyanobacteria and or anic manure treatments were hi her than that of fertil- izer treatment.Therefore,nitro en-fixin blue-reen al ae can be applied to paddy field to keep supply - in nitro en for plants.
